* We are now licenced and sell a fine selection of wine and beer. We also allow patrons to bring in their own bottle of wine. We will be serving complete dinners in the near future. We also host private dinners or special events (such as birthday and bridal parties) any day or night and have been catering impressive meals and pastry trays to other destinations. We will be open with longer hours, and most likely Mondays, in the near future.
In addition to our superb lunches, exceptional pastries, wonderful weekend brunch and premiums ice creams we will also now serving morning breakfast and afternoon tea during the weekdays.

DT Bistro (formerly Dessert Trends Bistro -Patisserie) opened just over a year ago and it has already made a notable impact on the culinary scene in Toronto. After Chef Donald Duong was awarded the top Gold Prize at the 2004 Culinary Olympics in Europe, pressure was put on him to open up his own Patisserie-Bistro. That is what he did in the fall of 2005 and the unprecedented feedback is incredible and encouraging. Chef Don’s Bistro comfortably seats fifty and the upscale clean design offers a surprisingly relaxed and friendly ambiance. One visit will definitely not be enough to experience all that his place has to offer. His dishes are original, innovate and amazingly fresh, nutritious and wholesome. He uses only the finest ingredients in all of his dishes. He offers exciting new seasonal and weekly menu items in addition to the regular favourite dishes that will definitely appease the toughest critics.
